Ken Hammond Hearing

Ogden - Ken Hammond, the former police officer credited with saving lives at Trolley Square, pleaded no contest to class A misdemeanor of sexual battery Monday March 2, 2009 in 2nd District Court. Hammond was initially charged with one count of unlawful sexual activity with a 16- or 17-year-old. The charge is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Hammond appeared with his attorney Brenda Beaton.
