As part of Utah’s World Refugee Week celebration, 14 refugees will participate in a naturalization ceremony to become citizens of the United States. The event will include a performance by Alex Boye, administration of the Oath of Allegiance, presentation of Certificates of Naturalization and the personal story of a refugee who is now a naturalized citizen
