Washakie - Leland Pubigee, an elder in the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone, has died. This is the address of the North Stake Center (LDS), where his funeral will be. Leland will be buried at the Washakie Cemetery, an isolated dry patch that is part of the 400 acres the Northwestern Band has near the Idaho border, the last of its ancestral lands.
