Norm Fitzgerald stands in the alley space between his and his neighbor's property Thursday, November 12 2009.. A network of historic alleys remains in Magna. Salt Lake County wants to make it less expensive and less cumbersome for property owners to eliminate these alleys. Fitzgerald is hoping to see a simple process for the county to deed them over at minimal cost.
