Salt Lake City - Citizens, immigrants and refugees gathered at Horizonte Instruction and Training Center Wednesday April 29, 2009 to celebrate a new "Welcome Center," funded by the Women's Philanthropic Network, a group affiliated with United Way of Salt Lake.
